The OSCE works for stability, peace and democracy for more than a billion people, through political dialogue about shared values and through practical work that makes a lasting difference. The OSCE is a forum for political dialogue on a wide range of security issues and a platform for joint action to improve the lives of individuals and communities. The organization uses a comprehensive approach to security that encompasses the politico-military, economic and environmental, and human dimensions. Through this approach, and with its inclusive membership, the OSCE helps bridge differences and build trust between states by co-operating on conflict prevention, crisis management and post-conflict rehabilitation. With Institutions, expert units and network of field operations, the OSCE addresses issues that have an impact on our common security, including arms control, terrorism, good governance, energy security, human trafficking, democratization, media freedom and national minorities.</p>   <h3><strong>Eligibility</strong></h3>   <ul><li>Proven interests and/or relevant experience or expertise in the field of international security, international relations, political science, economy, environment and climate studies, human rights, law, or other related fields.</li><li>Practical experience in the fields of academia, think-tanks and their networks, civil society organizations, youth and youth-led organizations, education and media. Previous experience in engaging with international organizations and national authorities would be an asset</li><li>Open mindset and willingness to engage in a multi-cultural environment is crucial.</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English.</li><li>Very good drafting skills</li><li>Age between 20 to 30 years.</li><li>Nationality of and residence in one of the 57 OSCE participating States. In particular, Weimar, Dessau, and Berlin will hold a series of events in connection with this anniversary. The city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa will also be represented in these events on account of its center’s unique fabric founded on the architectural style adhered to by the Bauhaus school. In the same vein, the ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius and the Gerda Henkel Foundation will hold from 23 until 27 September 2019 the interdisciplinary program “History Takes Place – Dynamics of Urban Change“ in Tel Aviv-Jaffa focusing on its Bauhaus heritage.</strong></p>   <p>Founded as a suburb of Jaffa, Tel Aviv has evolved by the mid-1930s to become the most prominent city of the Jewish citizenry of Palestine under the British Mandate and that due to an influx of immigrants coming mostly from Eastern and Central Europe in search of a safe haven from anti-semitic policies. Graduates of the Bauhaus and similar schools in Europe have supplied the demand for housing and urban development in the rapidly developing city. Jaffa, remaining the leading city of the Arab citizenry, also boasted the International Style of that time, but to a lesser extent, it was less conspicuous against the backdrop of the previously built environment. Such was the case with neighborhoods in Jerusalem, Palestine’s capital, and in Haifa, the main port and heavy industry center. Tel Aviv was distinctive in its ensemble of an almost complete urban fabric based on a master plan of a Garden City in conjunction with its International Style built environment. Nowadays, approximately 4,000 International Style buildings, set into the Garden City urban planning, form part of the UNESCO proclaimed World Heritage Site under the appellation of “White City of Tel Aviv: The Modern Movement.”</p>   <p>Since 2003 the ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius has invited young historians and social scientists (usually postgraduate students) to take part in studies programs in various locations. The Gerda Henkel Foundation is the program partner since 2009. This year, in cooperation with the White City Center (WCC), it will focus on the concept of ‘Societies on the Move’; i.e. the movement of people, materials, and cultures as a central element of modern architecture and this element’s influence on the urban landscape. The Summer School wishes to explore historical and contemporary relationships through representations of identities, examining how migration and mobility affect individuals, cities, and cultures while reshaping their identities. It will address, inter alia, the following questions: How do migration and mobility affect the inhabitants, the city and their culture? What did the Bauhaus in Tel Aviv-Jaffa and Israel stand for at its inception and what does it stand for today? What is the relevance of Bauhaus for contemporary demands of the city’s inhabitants and its sojourners? How can this heritage be adapted to today‘s needs? How to secure its conservation and enable restoration?</p>   <h3><strong>Eligibility</strong></h3>   <p>The Summer School invites applications particularly from postgraduate students in history, art history, cultural studies, and the social sciences, as well as young architects and urban planners. Applicants should have a genuine interest in an interdisciplinary exchange on the history of the city and city development. Participants should have a specialization associated with Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel and the Middle East as well as a keen thematic and methodological interest in urban studies. Sessions will be held in English. Current realities require improvement of the methods, instruments, and strategies available for my country. They are necessary for facing challenges and risks and for establishing clear and precise lines of action in the following spheres: political-administrative, social, educational, research, culture, national security and public order in the foreign policy. In this situation, people need a support and this can only come from leaders of society, particularly political leaders. They need to exhale the force that protects the vulnerable people and enables people with initiative to press the accelerator for maximizing profits. Reforms are needed to completely change the social order and institutions. It is known that as the people get older, they become more conservative. The mandate will last from 2017 to 2020 and its overall goal is to develop scientific collaborations between Switzerland and countries of the MENA region.<br />The following countries have been identified as priority countries for the first phase of the LHMENA: Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Qatar, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates.<br />This call allows funding of approximately 26 mobility grants, subject to the number of applications received as well as compliance with the criteria for evaluation and selection (see section 8 in this document for details).</p><p>Mobility represents a strategic element to develop new partnerships between countries. Through the exchange of students and researchers, higher education institutions can establish new partnerships, thus enlarging their international network. Mobility grants allows researchers and students to build personal contacts and relationships, which represent the foundation of fruitful and long-lasting collaborations between institutions. Si am vazut cu toti cum Plahotniuc l-a ajutat pe acesta sa ajunga Presedinte! Cand il vad pe Dodon in Rusia cu Putin ,,imi vine sa le dau cate o palma la tot personalul american din Ambasada SUA din Bucuresti!” ( de lipsa de inteligenta de a intelege lucrurile in spatiul ex-sovietic cat si de faptul ca nu invata din greseli). Ma aflu acum in Canada, am sosit aici pe 26 decembrie 2017, ca sa le vorbesc despre faptul ca exista un grup de tineri din Republica Moldova care vor sa o faca o schimbare! Si in loc sa ne asezam la o masa si sa discutam despre posibilele solutii, canadianul mi-a spus: Ca daca nu voi da numele tinerilor din grupul din care facem parte atunci ei ( canadieni) ma vor aresta! In spatele meu mai erai inca vreo 20 de turisti! Si evident eu am refuzat sa le dau numele acestor tineri! ( Un grup de tineri activi din 2008 care isi are ca scop integrare Moldovei in UE/NATO, activi in 2009 si in 2010 am inceput inregistarea unor ONG, ca mai tarziu sa adunam membri si sa facem un partid din tineri! Ceea ce am inteles noi in 2010, unii au inteles abia in 2014 iar altii nici macar pina acuma nu au inteles! A urmat rafiula celor din AIE si o parte din noi au fost nevoiti sa plece din 2010 din RM). Evident eu am refuzat sa le dau numele acestor persoane canadianului ! Si am fost inchis pe 10 zile! Am fost eliberat in urma unei decizii judecatoresti! Ceea ce a urmat in Canada este si mai interesant! Canadienii au inceput sa colaboreze cu persoanle care l-au facut presedinte pe Dodon, unii din ei se declara pro-europeni insa primesc bursa de la Plahotniuc si intermediarii sai! Am astepta un timp , cu speranta ca canadienii poate va ajunge la creierul lor ceea ce se intampla. Am avut sperante care nu s-au confirmat! Am depus plangere impotriva acestor canadieni si reactia lor a fost … un raspuns foarte primitiv! (Incearca sa musamalizeze cu niste provocari foarte ieftine incat mi se face greata de inteligenta lor!) In conditii normale nu as fi scris acest text! Insa ma apuca o stare disperare, ne apropiem de un pericol in care daca va castiga PD inca 4 ani! Republica Moldova se va transforma intr-un Belarus! Si nimeni nu va mai putea sa schimbe ceva in Republica Moldova! Si asta din cauza incopetentei si lipsei de inteligenta ….! Regretam faptul ca nu m-am implicat mai mult la alegerile din 2016! Insa inteleg ca unii prefera sa discute doar cu acele persoane care au fu….. din RM! </span><br /><span>Nu vreau sa renunt, nu vreau sa accept acest lucru, nu vreau sa le dau pentru totdeauna Moldova rusilor! Noi, cetatenii din RM trebuie sa adunam tot caracterul, inteligenta, pentru a ne mobiliza si ca partidele PAS si Platforma DA sa castige alegerile parlamentare! They have violated the law every day, and now that they understand they could go to jail! I became very dangerous for them!</p><p>All my fundamental rights have been violated,  the right to private life, the secret of correspondence, and the worst they have worked with the Russians for money!  ! My money was stolen from bank account!  any type of refugee registration outside official buildings is forbidden, it is illegal, and when the authorities do it for money and for foreigners.  I filed a complaint with the competent authorities on the illegalities committed by these people.And if an investigation starts, all the people involved should go  to jail.</p><p>No one has my permission, permission to shoot, record, photograph. I never signed such an agreement and never got money! I’m sure an investigation into these illegalities has started.</p><p>And after this investigation, we will find out that Canadians have collaborated with the Russians and this is a very serious thing! People who have received money from the Russians have begun to boycott the Canadian government. Holding no public function and with DPM having gained only 16% of the votes in the 2014 parliamentary elections, Plahotniuc controls all the powers in the state – the Parliament, the Government, and the judiciary system. The monopoly of this oligarch has been acknowledged by the European Parliament in its monitoring report of May 2018.<br />The change of the electoral system with irregularities<br />• The DPM and Plahotniuc have lost the support of the population – various protests took place when Pavel Filip has been appointed as Prime-minister. Being aware of the possible defeat at the next parliamentary elections, DPM made a coalition with the pro-Russian Igor Dodon, leader of the Socialist Party in the Republic of Moldova (SPRM) to change the electoral system. The mixed electoral system was introduced with procedural irregularities, with serious violations of the principle of representativeness, and despite the fact that these irregularities were reported by the Venice Commission beforehand.<br />Intimidation of the civil society and the free press<br />• Over 80 per cent of television channels with national coverage are owned by political party members, with 70 per cent of the media market shares being directly controlled by the oligarch Vladimir Plahotniuc. These media resources are used to manipulate the public opinion and even attempt to discredit the European People’s Party. Moldova ranks 81st according to the World Press Freedom Index in 2017.<br />Invalidation of the mayoral mandate<br />• The mayoral elections from May 3rd, 2018 in the capital Chisinau were won by the pro-European candidate Andrei Nastase (coalition between PPDA (Platform Dignity and Truth Party) and PAS (Action and Solidarity Party).The mandate was not validated by the bodies of justice that are politically subordinated, the alleged cause being a live video placed on Facebook by Andrei Nastase encouraging people to vote. The reason of electoral campaign in favour of a candidate was not invoked.<br />The 1 billion dollar theft<br />• Major crimes have been committed in the Republic of Moldova and no person was held accountable for them: the theft of about 1 billion dollars from the banking system, known as the “Fraud of the Century”, as it represents the eighth part of the country’s GDP.<br />The Russian Laundromat<br />• In 2010-2014, the courts in Moldova were used for conducting money laundering operations, providing the legal basis for transferring over 22 billion dollars from the Russian Federation through the Moldovan banking system.</p><p>The control over the institutions of the Republic of Moldova for the purpose of personal enrichment creates an environment that is favourable for criminal activities not only in the Republic of Moldova, but also internationally. Moldova is thus becoming a source of political, economic, demographic and regional security instability at the eastern border of the Union European.</p><p>We, the participants in the protest of August 26th 2018, in Brussels, declare the following demands:</p><p>For the authorities of the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union:</p><p>1.
